OBERMAN, Nathan. On Sunday, July 30, 2006. Beloved husband of the late Mary Beigelman and the late Betty Rubin Beigelman. Most cherished father and father-in-law of Lila and Dr. Melvin Freedman, Estelle and Dr. Moshe Blank. Treasured grandfather, "Papa Nathan", of Dr. Jamie and Emily Freedman, Monica and David Eckman, Michael and Jane Blank. Dearest great-grandfather of Madeleine, Stephanie and Sarah Freedman, Benjamin and Alexander Eckman. Predeceased by Harry and Elsie Oberman, Benny and Gussie Elman, Sima and Joseph Hirsh, and Louis Steinberg. Sadly missed by his sister-in-law, Lily Steinberg, and his many nieces and nephews. We greatly appreciate the wonderful support and care given by Pasquale Manna, Bridget Aidoo, Maribel Fugaban, Angie Landevag, Faith Nelson, Dr. Linda Klein and the staff of Mt. Sinai Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon W. on Tuesday August 1, 2006 at 1 p.m. Burial at the King Edward Association Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. Shiva private.
