SEVERS, Marilyn (nee Gitnick). With dignity with her husband by her side on Wednesday, November 15, 2006. Beloved wife for forty-five years of Mendel (Manny). Devoted mother of Aaron and Lorne. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Leatrice and the late Henry Lazarus, Blema and Monty Mazin and sister-in-law of Sarah and the late Irving Bromberg, Marion and the late Ernie Saltzman, the late Norman and the late Gladys Severs, the late Pearl and the late Isidore Herf. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Friday, November 17 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Congregation Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva at 5700 Cavendish #1509. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, (514) 255-5151.

We were so terribly saddened to hear of the loss of our cousin Marilyn. Quiet in her demeanor, she was a wonderful person and all of us who knew her or were part of her life are the better for that blessing. She will always be in our hearts. To all of you, we send our love and deepest condolences.
