CARROLL, Charles. Suddenly on Friday, January 14, 2005. Beloved husband of Libby Milgram for fifty-seven years. Most devoted father and father-in-law of Benjie Carroll and Johanne Gagne, Debbie Carroll and Mike Kropveld, Janice Carroll and Peter Kreisman. Cherished Zaidie of Marie-Eve and Bettina; Sean and Josh; Sarah and Jacob. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sylvia and Mitchell Hyman, Myrna and Sydney Goldenberg and brother-in-law of Faygie and the late Harry Milgram, the late Mischa and the late Rachel Rimon, the late Fay and the late Zoonie Prost. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday, January 16 at 3:15 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 6980 Cote St. Luc Rd., #1101. Contributions in his memory may be made to the "Harry Milgram Memorial Fund" c/o Parkinson Society of Quebec, 514-861-4422.

Dear Libby,Benji, Debbie, Janice and families,

I was truly shocked and saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. I have many fond memories of him- always telling a joke or a story. I even own his 1st edition tape of funny stories- including his grandchildren helping him out. He will be missed.
