STERN, Rose. It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of a loving wife of the late Sam Stern, and most beloved and cherished mother of Rabbi Moishe and Sarah Stern, Phyllis and Andy Galandauer, Carole and the late Kenny Stern, devoted and very loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Sister of Ida Richter, Sally Guberek, Leah Kaplovitch and the late Sam Hershenfeld and the late Rae Caplan. A graveside service was held Friday, March 4. Shiva at 5703 Smart Ave. A special thank you to the staff of the second floor at Maimonidies.
