ZOLTAN, Elizabeth (nee Goldstein). Peacefully, on Saturday, April 2, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Sandor Alexander. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Leslie and Barbara, Susan and Rudy Ritter. Cherished grandmother of Adam, and Scott Zoltan. Dearest sister of Edi Goldstein, and predeceased by her siblings Jani, Bagyi, and Mari. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family wishes to thank Adele and Susie Danovitch for their care and friendship, and the doctors, nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the Jewish General for their wonderful care. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Monday, April 4 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at Congregation Chevra Shaas Cemetery, De La Savanne. Shiva at 1595 Norway, T.M.R. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit care of the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, 340-8251.

Dear Susan and Family,

So sorry that I am not able to be with you at this time (took a well needed break in Virginia). I was so sorry to hear about your mother. I remember that you did everything for her that a child could possibly do. You respected her every wish until the very end; by no means an easy feat. May your warm memories of your mother sustain you through these difficult times.
