SCHRIER, Dorothy (nee Nemtean). Peacefully, with her daughter Louise by her side, on February 3, 2007 at the Montreal Neurological Institute. Most dearly beloved wife of the late Albert N. Schrier. Lovingly devoted and cherished mother of Louise and Julie. Adoring grandmother to Sean. Dearest sister of Hilda Goodman and the late Dan Nemteam. Dear sister-in-law of Bob Goodman and Fanny Nemtean. Darling aunt, cousin and relative. Treasured and deeply loved by all her wonderful friends. Eternally carried in the hearts of Ylva, Elan and Gillian. A talented artist, Dorothy ennobled our lives with beauty and colour. Always a lady. She will forever be remembered for her abundant warmth; her ability to give; her true interest in others; her enthusiasm for life; and most of all for her inspiring strength, courage, laughter and never faltering dignity in the face of great adversity. According to her wishes, a funeral service for immediate family was held at Paperman & Sons.
