Chaja Zylberberg-Akerman

ZYLBERBERG-AKERMAN, Chaja (nee Bergman). Peacefully, in her ninety-sixth year, on Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Beloved wife of Lewe Akerman and the late Symcha Zylberberg. Cherished Maman and mother-in-law of Michel and Sirima Silver, Marguerite (Margie) and Norman Feder. Proud grandmother of Melinda and Gary, Harold and Lynn; Elliot and Karen. Loving great-grandmother of Talia, Lauren and Natalie. Predeceased by her parents, brothers and sister, some of whom perished in the Holocaust. She will be missed by Charles and Birdie Akerman, her family and friends. Special thanks to Zahava Friedland and the dedicated staff of Residence Zahava for their care and devotion.
