What a life Michael had. From the hell of the Holocaust to Canada, a successful businessman, loved by and loving a wonderful family and the grandfather of seven. He suffered plenty in his long life yet one would never have known it - he managed to remain a cheerful, sincere, and interested person. His long life should be celebrated. My thoughts are with you all, and especially dear Dora, who was a second mother to us Schneider kids.

My sincerest sympathies to Mikol's family. He was such a sweet and gentle man, and a gentleman. My late father, Jack Slater, knew him through the Gordon Brown Building, and brought me to him to have a coat made. I am still wearing my coat and my late mother's and furriers comment on how well made they are.
I hope that your wonderful memories will be a comfort in the days ahead.
