Ronia Katz

KATZ, Ronia (Nee Kerdman). Peacefully, in her ninety-sixth year on Friday, November 30, 2007. Wife of the late Jacob Katz. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Bernice and the late George Koopferstock and the late Herman Eiser, Pauline and Clark Page. Cherished "Bobe" of Howard Koopferstock and Carole Broger, Eric Koopferstock and Carol Kaplan, Karen Koopferstock and Patrick Starosta; Stephen and Amy Salman. Loving great-grandmother of Joshua, Benjamin and Rebecca Koopferstock; Rachel, Renee, Joseph and Felix Starosta. Predeceased by her siblings Hyman, Harry, Nat Kerdman, Rose Bernstein, Chaya Resnick, and by her sisters Sarah and Malka who perished in the holocaust. Sadly mourned by Victor and Leslie Eiser, Tommy Eiser; Robert Eisner and Christine Mantzavrokos, Alex Eiser, Adrienne Eiser; Anais and Sophie Eiser. Special thanks to the wonderful staff of 5 south St. Mary's hospital and to her devoted caregivers Hazel and Albert. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday, December 2 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Kehal Yeshurun section, de la Savane.
