Angharad Clague, 19, from Binfield, died in a car crash just days after her birthday.
Her green Peugeot collided with a Ford Mondeo near Corwen in North Wales on Wednesday, July 14,
Friends have paid tribute to Angharad, who had celebrated her birthday on the Sunday before she died.
Ellie Jackson said: "Angharad was, no, is my best friend.
"She has had such an impact on my life and I know that our hearts are linked for eternity."
Sophie Harris added: "I loved Annie. I loved her more than you can imagine and she was my best friend.
"We spent so much time together having adventures and never properly planning anything, just seeing where her little green car would take us next.
"She was amazing. Talented, beautiful, passionate, kind, caring, funny, crazy, so full of life and living it to its best."
Angharad volunteered with the Konstruction Krew, a group for five to 11-year-olds based at the Kerith Community Church.
One member of the group said: "I remember her colourful giggle, her smile, it brightened the world."
Simon Benham, senior pastor of the Kerith Church, said he was devastated when he heard the news that former Ranelagh schoolgirl Angharad had died.
He said: "It's hard to believe that she isn't with us anymore.
"I'm proud to be able to say that I knew her and that she was part of our community.
"I'm going to miss her immensely.
"She was a great girl, I feel for her family."
The crash happened at around 4.25pm on the A494 at Glanrafon near Corwen in Denbighshire.
Angharad's friend Rory Allen was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition and two other people were treated for injuries.
Welsh police are investigating the incident.
