Elmina Eagleman-Pete Obituary
Her wake service has begun and continues through Monday at the Rocky Boy Lutheran Church with her funeral service 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will take place in Eagleman Family Cemetery. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home of Havre is handling arrangements.
Elmina was born Dec.18, 1992 in Havre, Mont., to Glenda Eagleman and Cyr Pete. She was raised and educated in Rocky Boy. Elmina was a friendly young girl who made friends wherever she went. She liked to listen to music, visit with her friends and family, attend powwows, surf the Internet and was an excellent photographer. She also enjoyed playing and teasing her brothers.
Elmina is survived by her mother, Glenda Eagleman of Rocky Boy; her father, Cyr Pete of Yakima Nation, Wash.; sisters Mercedes Pete and Cyrayah Pete both of Yakima Nation, Wash.; brothers Ira and Issac Wells of Rocky Boy and Alex Pete of Yakima Nation; great-grandmother Barbara Eagleman and great-grandfather Glenn Eagleman of Rocky Boy; and grandmother Leona Gopher of Wapato, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her many aunts, uncles, and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Dear Glenda and Family, Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and the family. I got to know Elmina from Browning when she would come up an visit my aunt, Laura. She was such a sweet child and very friendly. Be strong together and remember the everlasting happy memories you all shared. My families prayers and blessing are with the family.
