Janice Sundquist Obituary

Janice Sundquist, 62, of Great Falls, a homemaker, died of undetermined causes Saturday at her home.
A potluck luncheon and gathering of family and friends is at noon Saturday at the Knights of Columbus hall. Schnider Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Janice was born Sept. 16, 1947, in Plentywood, Mont., and raised in Great Falls, where she attended Great Falls High School. She married Danny Keefer in 1965 in Great Falls and he preceded her in death in 1978. She then married David Sundquist; they divorced in 1980.
She lived in Portland, Ore., for 10 years and moved back to Great Falls in 1980. Janice worked as a cook at the Prospector for a few years.
She enjoyed gardening and cooking, and loved the outdoors, fishing and her three dogs, Tommy, Scooby and Niki.
Janice was a loving mother and grandmother and she will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her longtime companion, Mark Schanck of Great Falls; daughters Jeanine (Charlie) Crouch of Great Falls and Rebecca (Ronnie Ray) Sundquist of Great Falls; a sister, Mary (John) Krestalude of Salt Lake City, Utah; a brother, Robert (Sherry) Holme of Great Falls; seven grandsons, two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Olds; her mother, Inez Dionne; her father, Donald Holme; and her brother, Arnold Holme.
