Mark Phillip Allen, born Dec 1, 1989, left this world to join Jesus in heaven, Dec 8, 2012. Born in Great Falls, to the delight of his parents, Kem and Gail Allen, he grew up in Fort Benton with brothers Zachary and Peter and sister Rebekah. Mark was a vivacious, gregarious, imaginative young man with an incredible amount of energy and zest for life. Mark experienced life to the fullest. Through the love of God, family and strong foundational principles, Mark overcame challenges as he strove to meet his goals.

Mark loved people and they, in turn, loved him. He understood the importance of family and friends and was fiercely devoted to those he loved.

Mark was attending college at Montana Tech in Butte, and made many close friends who will miss him greatly. As a marketing intern for Resodyn Acoustic Mixers in Butte, he demonstrated his ingenuity, farm work ethic and special God-given talents.

Throughout Mark's 23 years, he appreciated his family's unconditional love and support, which he extended to others. Kara Spaabeck held his heart for the last four years and played a vital role in his focus and direction toward achieving goals. He loved her dearly.

Mark impacted everyone he met. He'll be greatly missed by all who knew his heart. As his brother Peter said, "Mark always had to go first." We look forward to reuniting in heaven, confident of his salvation through Jesus Christ.

The welcoming committee for Mark includes grandparents, Beverlee Allen, Theodore and Joan Hoff and baby Monroe.

Remaining here are grandparents, Lloyd and Deanna Allen; parents Kem and Gail Allen; brother Zachary and Julie Allen; brother Peter and Bambi Allen; sister Rebekah and Adam Monroe; 11 nieces and nephews; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Montana Tech Foundation or Great Falls Rescue Mission.
