Ann Dobratz

Ann Ida Dobratz, 93 was called to Heaven on Tuesday May 29, 2012. The former Ann Ida Krueger daughter of the late Julius and Adelaide Krueger was born Dec. 6, 1918, in town of green Valley, She married Sam E. Dobratz on Aug. 30, 1941. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1988. She enjoyed here life on the farm as well a her time doing puzzles. She was a member of Faith United Ev. Lutheran Church and a lifetime member of the Ladies Aide of the church. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry and one sister and four brothers.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jim Smith, Appleton; two granddaughters, Andrea Smith and Laurie (Jordan) Gross; one brother, Al Krueger, King, Wis.; sister-in-law, Nonie Dobratz, Kelly Lake; nieces, nephews and special friends.

Friends may call from 9 until 11 a.m. on Saturday at Faith United Ev. Lutheran Church (Hwy 22 West of Gillett) Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Faith United Ev. Lutheran Church, the Rev. John Laatsch officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Pulicifer.

Kuehl Funeral Home (920-855-2144) of Gillett is serving the family.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Carolina Manor for the wonderful care and concern, Theda Care at Home Hospice, especially Mary and Dr. Jack Anderson for his wonderful care, and Pastor John Laatsch for his special visits.

A memorial fund has been established at Faith United Ev. Lutheran Church.
