Some of my fondest memories as a child was when all the Cornelius kids came over to our house to go swimming (when my family lived on Seminary Road and had a pool). Amelia, Aunt Sis, as I knew her, was a strong and stubborn lady who loved her very large loving family. She was always there if ever I needed. That's what I'll remember of Aunt Sis.

We express our condolences to the Cornelius family. Sister Amelia was a dear friend. She will be missed. May the knowledge of the Gospel and its teaching of the Plan of Salvation be a comfort to all of you at this time. Sending our love.

Thinking of you, at this time of loss, I will greatly miss her. Thinking of you with sympathy.
Her greatest joy was making others happy. I will be thinking of you in this moment of pain.
Words fall short of expressing the sorrow I am feeling. My heart is with you and your family.
May God's Grace give you strength during this difficult time. Someone so special can never be forgotten.
