Green Bay - Luella "Lou" (Rieck) Danielski, 101, Green Bay, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, May 17, 2018. She was born December 23, 1916, in Carney, Michigan to Alex and Ida (Pautz) Rieck. In 1936, she married Wilbur "Bill" Danielski at St. Willebrord Catholic Church. Lou and Bill farmed in the Town of Eaton most of their lives. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, taking bus trips, playing Red Eye, first watching Polka Polka on Sunday morning, and then NASCAR in the afternoon, and keeping a daily diary. Lou was a prayerful person who recited the rosary daily, volunteered at her parish, and attended weekly services into her 100's.

Luella will sadly missed by her two daughters, Janet (Dave) Hansford, Green Bay and Jolayne (Wes) Rowan, Pewaukee; 11 grandchildren, Lori (Tim) Meyers, Debbie (Dale) Loritz, Sherry (Mike) Daniels, Sheila Daniels, Mike (Stacey) Daniels, Kory (Kelli) Lax, Susan (Scott) Domach, Karla Danielski, Jay (Tracie) Lax, Scott Lax, and Keith Danielski; 24 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur on April 7, 2001; her son, Allan Danielski; her parents, brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. There will be a Parish Wake Service at 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Visitation will continue from 9:30 to 10:20 a.m. Monday at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am. Monday at the church with Rev. Andrew Cribben O. Praem officiating. Entombment will be in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. To send online condolences visit
