Condolence to the Nettingham Family on your loss. What a handsome man! What an example of what we all should be. This humble man, though he was probably unaware of it, was a living legend. The Tuskegee Airmen were significant contributors not only to our country's success in WW II, but also in breaking down the barriers to racial equality within our country . Thank you Mr. Nettingham. Rest in peace. Enjoy your reward in Heaven.

As a female Veteran, I would like to say Thank you for your Service to our Country, and for being a wonderful example of showing that no matter what your color you can be the 'best of the best'. I watched some of Mr. Nettingham's video where he was instructing and telling his story (history). I wish I had known him, when I was living in Scotch Plains, but so glad to at least know of him now. cry for those left behind, for the lonely ones with hollows in their hearts. I ask You to comfort them, give peace, restore hope, and lavish them with love, family, and belonging. In the depths of loss, Father meet them with Yourself.

I cry for the legacy this loved one leaves, for the ways the world has been made different by their presence, for the memories that become both more beautiful and more painful on this side of death. And Father I pray that the work You have accomplished in this remarkable life will grow deeper, wider, and stronger in the days to come, uninhibited by a weak opponent like death. In Jesus precious and Holy name, Amen
