Marlin F. Hoida

Marlin F. Hoida, 76, of Lena, died unexpectedly at his home Monday, February 24, 2014. He was born to the late William and Edna (Neville) Hoida November 1, 1937 in Stephenson, MI. Marlin served in the U.S. Army. He loved the outdoors especially cutting wood, hunting and four wheeling. Surviving are three sons, Rick Hoida, Bonduel; Brian (Deb) Hoida, Watertown; Rob (Lori) Hoida, Bonduel; eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one sister, Connie (David) Westrich, Stephenson, MI; sisters-in-law, Carol Hoida, Menominee, MI; Grace Hoida, Stephenson, MI and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marlin was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Phyllis, three brothers, Roger, Ronnie and Joseph and granddaughter, Monica. Private services will be held at Fort Howard Memorial Park, Green Bay. A Celebration of Marlin's Life will be held Saturday, March 1, 2014 beginning at 12 Noon at the Pulaski American Legion Hall, 135 N. St. Augustine St., Pulaski. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home, Oconto is assisting the family.
