Randall "Randy" Malcore

Green Bay - Randall "Randy" A. Malcore, Green Bay, 63, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018, at home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 30, 1955, in Green Bay, to Allen and Elizabeth (Allen) Malcore. Randy graduated from Preble High School and started work at Lov-It Creamery and was there for 23 years. He went on to work for Nicolet Paper Mill and retired in 2012. On November 14, 1980, Randy married Peggy O'Neil at St. Matthew Catholic Church. Randy loved to golf, bowl, deer hunt and played baseball for the Finger Road Baseball Team in his early years. In recent years, he enjoyed riding on the Allis Chalmers tractor. He especially enjoyed his time with his family at the cottage up north. Randy was an active member of the Prince of Peace Holy Name Society and Cemetery Committee.

Randy will be sadly missed by his wife of 37 years, Peggy Malcore; his children, Melissa (Doug) Konop, Michael Malcore, and Megan (Mike) Podnar; grandchildren, Samantha and Evan Konop; father, Allen Malcore; mother-in-law, Audrey O'Neil; sisters and a brother, Marcy (Larry) Van Rite, Pam (Dan) Vander Loop, Shelly (Tom) Ebeling, Scott (Dana) Malcore; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sue (Mark) Roznowski, Sandy O'Neil (David Wilfer), Rick (Robin) O'Neil, and Jim (Brenda) O'Neil and many nieces and nephews.

Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Malcore; grandparents, Gus and Grace Malcore; his Godparents, Sadie and Ed Ropson and his father-in-law, Joseph O'Neil.

Family and friends may gather at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 3425 Willow Rd., on Friday, July 13, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. with Reverends Daniel Viertel and Bob Ryhner concelebrating. Burial will be at Holy Martyrs Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.

The family extends their deep appreciation and thanks to Unity Hospice for their support and care, especially Melanie, Molly, Maria, and Chaplain Bob. The family also thanks Homestead Senior Care and Randy's caregiver Cathy and the entire Prince of Peace Community during these difficult couple of years.
