Dick served in the USAF for four years; three of those in England, where he met his then wife to be, Deidre, in 1964. He loved all sports, football and fishing being his passion. He was always up for a game of cribbage or Pool at the "V" as he called it with fellow veterans.

I am So sorry for your loss. I met you all back in the 70's and Leah was the flowergirl for our wedding in 1975. I used to babysit the kids also. We met through Don and Kay May who lived across the street from my parents on Rockdale Street in Green Bay. I remember Dick as a great guy , may you cherish all the wonderful memories. God Bless, Julie Gillis Blaser

I just wanted to say that I had a lot of good times with Richard and his brother Don. We golfed together, bowled together and had some pretty good card games. My brother Peter went to school with Dick. Dick's sister Janet went to school with my sister Sue. And I went to school with Don...so we all knew each other and Dick's mother and father. Dick was a good man and I was lucky enough to know him and his family. RIP Mike Bauer

Dick was a very good friend. He was always willing to help out. We enjoyed many good times together playing pool, having a beer, and gaming. He will be sadly missed. Rest In Peace, Dick!
