Green Bay - Rose Rasmussen, 98, died on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Anton and Stella Skaleski, born on Dec. 23, 1919, in the town of Eaton. On Feb. 23, 1946, Rose married Andrew Rasmussen. He preceded her in death on Feb. 11, 1996. Together they had four children, Alan (Patti) Rasmussen, Jane (Mark) Blackman, Gail (Glen) Wegner and Amy Hertel (Steve Schleis). She is further survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Anton (Carol) Skaleski Jr.; and a sister-in-law, Laurine Lancelle.

She is preceded in death by her husband Andrew; seven brothers, Stanley, Edward, Aloize, Raymond, Harry, Chester and Donald Skaleski; and five sisters, Frances Dorn, Victoria Charneski, Susie Rasmussen, Christine Evrard and Dorothy Phillips.

Visitation will be at Christ Community Lutheran Church, 1742 Servant Way, Green Bay, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 13, 2018. Visitation will continue from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Church with Rev. Amanda Nesvold officiating the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in West Danish Cemetery.
