Rex E. Fullerton, 86, Green Bay, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014. He was born in 1927, in Unionville, IA to Don and Myrtle Fullerton.

On June 25, 1955, Rex married Eleanor Stepien at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Walsh, WI. Rex moved to Green Bay from Milwaukee in 1955. He worked in printing and for the last 16 years, prior to his retirement, at Mary Morgan, Inc. After retirement, he worked at Oneida Casino for four years. Rex loved playing his steel guitar and teaching music. He played in several local bands and also enjoyed playing his music at home. Golfing was his most relaxing hobby and he loved doing it. Rex served in the U.S. Army in 1948 and was discharged at the rank of Sergeant First Class in 1952.

Rex is survived by his wife, Eleanor; a sister, Mary Teteak, Crivitz; two brothers, Jack (Julie) Fullerton, Lena; and Art Fullerton, Orangeville, IL; a sister-in-law, Jeanette Fullerton, Crivitz; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rex had a special place in his heart for his sister-in-law, Jean and her three sons, Brian, Brad, and Tom.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, Max, Merle, Dean, John, Maynard, and Ray; a sister, Dorla Stocker; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Fullerton.

Friends may call at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2771 Oakwood Dr., from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. A Memorial Mass will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church with Rev. Paul Demuth officiating. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Blaney Funeral Home is assisting the family. To send online condolences, please go to
