Hayden, Patricia M. (Zipperer)

Patricia M. "Patti" Hayden, 60, Green Bay, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016. She was born June 26, 1956, to William and Mary (Remiker) Zipperer. Patti attended Reedsville High School with the class of 1974.

"Pat" or "Patti", however anyone knew her, was like a ray of sunshine. She could get a smile out of anybody and warm their day. Patti touched the hearts of many. She brought joy, laughter and advise to all. Aunt Pat was more like a sister to her nephews and niece, as she lived with them after her parents passed. Patti was a "mother" of The Breakroom family where she worked for 20+ years, greeting everyone with that infectious smile. She was an avid Packer and Badger fan frequenting Lambeau Field. Patti's love for nature, flowers and birds could be seen throughout her backyard.

Patti is survived by her two sisters-in-law, Janice Zipperer and Sandy Zipperer; two nephews and a niece, Scott (Sharon) Zipperer, William Zipperer III, Mary Ann (Paul) Meyer, and Debbie (Zipperer) Allie; very special friends, Christian Marino and Nancy Nonnemacher.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Leroy (Jane) Zipperer, Donald Zipperer, William Zipperer, Jr., Raphael Zipperer; and a nephew, Gary Zipperer.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Pat's name.

Patti was a very sweet person with such a big heart. Although we had lost contact for a while, she reached out to me when my father was sick and I will be forever grateful. I know she is now an angel smiling down on us.

My deepest sympathy to you. I was fortunate enough to meet Pat a couple times with her niece Maryann. She had a beautiful spirit about her and it showed in the glow of her smile, and kind, and generous heart. Thanks again for the Packer tickets Pat, it was the most awesome experience I've ever had at Lambeau field. I will always cherish the memory you helped to fulfill. The world has truly lost a treasure.
