SCHUSTER Marie Bowling age 92, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away following a short illness on Wednesday May 15, 2013 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born on March 5, 1921 in Big Creek, Kentucky the sixth daughter of Thomas A. and Myrtle (Helton) Bowling. She came to Hamilton as a young child with her family and lived in the area the rest of her life. Marie married Edward B."June" Schuster on December 7, 1942 in Newport, Kentucky and he preceded her in death on March 16, 2007. She was preceded in death by her daughter Judy Schuster Yount and is survived by her son Charles "Pete" Schuster; three grandchildren Kyle (Maria) Housden, Melissa (Craig) Walsh and Tracie Bryant; four great-grandchildren Hayley and Sydney Walsh, Hanna Bryant and Nathan Housden. She was preceded in death by four sisters Carrie Wilson, Aura Turner, Ann Castator and an infant sister Mary also survived by her sister Cledith Humbach and daughter-in-law Sherry Wilson Schuster and also a number of nieces and nephews. Marie dedicated her life to the care of her family, but also worked at Marsh Supermarket in Hamilton. She loved her home and yard. She was a tireless caregiver of her husband during his long illness and for her daughter before her death in 2011. She also cared for her parents who lived across the street. Funeral Services will be Monday May 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home 3950 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton, with the Rev. Dennis Metzger, officiating. Entombment in Greenwood Mausoleum. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to Hospice of Cincinnati, Hamilton Unit. The family wishes to thank nurses and caregivers at Mercy Hospital and Hospice of Hamilton, Gail Mark for their expertise and especially their kindness during her final weeks. Although I only knew Marie a short while I enjoyed my time with her & I hope I helped to ease her passing.
