BULLOCK, Patsy D. Age 75 of Lebanon passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018, at the Atrium Medical Center. Survivors include her husband, Michael; two children, Michael (Darlys) Bullock, and Tammy (Tom) Shannon Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Friday in the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to U Turn Ministries 2634 Drake Rd. Lebanon, OH 45036. Online register book is available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com.
