W. POHLMAN Obituary

POHLMAN, W. Scott Age 60 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. Scott was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina on May 27, 1958 to James and Lois (nee Lyons) Pohlman. Scott was a 1976 alumnus of Stephen T. Badin High School. He was employed by Jim's Tire & Auto and worked in the tire business for 44 years. He was also the owner/operator of Strikes at Columbia Lanes. Scott was a member of the Monkey Mutual Aid Society and Liberty Home Association. He loved the Bengals, his dog Ickey and riding his Harley with his friends. Scott is survived by his parents James and Lois Pohlman; his siblings: Don (Lee) Pohlman, Jeff (Ellen) Pohlman, Alan (Pam) Pohlman, Denise (Tim Livelsburger) Pohlman, Eric (Tonja) Pohlman and Kim (Justin) Tavares; his long-time companion Rene Dolan; his step-daughter Tricia (Donnie) Bolser; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Washington St., Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:30 AM with Celebrant Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp. Burial will follow at St. Stephen's Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Stephen T. Badin High School or St. Joseph's Church or School. Condolences may be left at browndawsonflick.com
