L. Dean DENLINGER Obituary
DENLINGER, L. Dean Age 80 of Englewood, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. He was a member of the Stillwater Old German Baptist Brethren Church, New Conference and served as an elder for more than 50 years. He enjoyed gardening, tending to his flowers and plants, but most of all enjoyed being with his family. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law: Kim (Lowell) Lavy of Casstown, Kay (Mike) Flora of Lewisburg, Kelly (Donald) Brooks of Rocky Mount, VA, nine grandchildren: Jamen (Jen) Lavy, Jaclyn (Jorde) Spitler, Jessilyn (friend: Tyler Wise) Lavy, Jesse (Leah) Flora, Kassie (Eric) Lovely, Jensen( Sarah) Flora, Summer (Brandt) Jamison, Sawyer Brooks, Olivia Brooks, eight great grandchildren: Gradyn, Gambyl & Gracelynn Spitler, Addie, Aubree and Araya Lavy, Easton and Elliana Flora, sister and brother-in-law: Ruth and Larry King of Laura, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Carol Irene (Layman) Denlinger, parents: Lawrence and Clara (Bowman) Denlinger, sister: Helen Kinzie and brother:Howard Denlinger. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018 at the Maple Grove Old German Baptist Brethren Church (7524 Agenbroad Rd., New Carlisle) with the Home Brethren officiating. Interment will follow the service at Maple Grove Old German Baptist Brethren Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Maple Grove Old German Baptist Brethren Church. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Cypress Pointe Health Campus (Legacy) or to Ohio's . The Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood is handling arrangements.
