William Thomas "Bill" Kozmar Obituary
KOZMAR, William Thomas "Bill" Age 57, lost his courageous battle against lung cancer on August 9, 2018. This kind, gentle man was born June 24, 1961 in Springfield, Ohio and was a life-long resident. He graduated from Northwestern High School and was employed for 15 plus years at Trimble Navigations in Huber Heights. Bill is survived by his wife, Melanie Kozmar; his step-children, Leighann Scott, William (Alison) Scott and Alisha Scott (Paul Rudy). He is also survived by grandchildren, Gage Scott, Douglas Durst Jr., Layla Scott, Amelia Scott and Anthony James Rudy; his sister, Bonnie Burkepile; brothers, Robert and Brian Kozmar; nieces, Sarah (Jason) Moore and Libby (John) Hawk; grandnieces and nephews, Justyce Hawk, Logan Hawk, Avery Norman, Lincoln Moore and Bella Moore as well as cousin, Woody Brandt. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Betty Kozmar and Uncle, Ray Brandt. Bill was a warm, caring man who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed sports and was an avid fan and shareholder of the Green Bay Packers. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 from 4-6p.m. at JACKSON LYTLE & LEWIS LIFE CELEBRATION CENTER with a celebration of his life beginning at 6p.m. In lieu of flowers the family humbly request a donation made to the or Hospice of the Miami Valley, Main Office, 46 N.
