News Death Notice

HARDING, Marcella "Marcy" Age 82, of Hamilton, died Friday, June 6, 2008 at 11:14 p.m. in Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Hamilton on December 18, 1925, the daughter of James and Elizabeth (Laws) Durbin. She married James Harding in Hamilton on July 16, 1954. She had been employed by Durbin Realty of Hamilton for ten years and later in mass marketing in Cincinnati for ten years. She was a member of the auxiliaries of the VFW and the Middletown Moose. She is survived by her husband, James; a son, James S. Harding of Hamilton; a brother, Darrell Goodman of Hamilton; three sisters, Mabel O'Niell of Charlotte, North Carolina, Edith Peters of Laurel, Indiana and Shirley Lindsey of Winter Haven, Florida; a granddaughter, Tasha Graven and husband, Tim of West Chester and two great grandchildren, Kaylee Graven and James Warren Graven. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Ernest Durbin. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 12 noon at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd. with Ernest Durbin officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday morning, from 11 a.m. until noon at the funeral home.
