I have worked at KIDSAFE CT for 25 years and I have to say Bill was one of my favorite past board members. I was so happy to reunite with him last year at our Anniversary Dinner. He was charming, warm, caring and always upbeat. I will remember him fondly and miss him deeply. My heartfelt sympathy on your loss.
