Laurie was a class act. She was an amazing mediator and arbitrator for the Teacher Negotiations.
She was truly an impartial adjudicator and was highly respected and appreciated. We are deeply saddened here at the Department of Education. We have lost a great friend, and we will miss her very much. I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to her family and friends.
