CATANIA, Glenn C., Jr. Our Glenn, your life was cut so short on this earth and yet we have to remind ourselves that we were so blessed to have known you for the very short 37 years. Your memory will live on forever in your girls, Morgan and Madison. We will think about you every single second of every single day. You are so missed Glenn, by everyone. Our lives are all connected on this earth and your touch, your existence affected so many others. How will we go on without you, without your guidance, without your sense of humor? I don't know. I can't think past this moment, past this time without you. My true love, my best friend, my dove, while you're in heaven, please watch over us, be besides us, we need to feel you and know you are there. Love forever, Kelly Glenn C. Catania Jr., 37, of Simsbury passed away suddenly on Thursday, (July 14, 2005). Glenn was the loving husband of Kelly (Fazio) Catania and devoted father to his two daughters Morgan Ashley and Madison Grace Catania. Glenn is the beloved son of Glenn C. Catania Sr. and Patricia (LaCart) Catania of West Hartford. He is survived by a brother, Andrew Catania of Raleigh, NC; his two sisters, Gina (Catania) LoPresti of Ballston Spa, NY and Lisa Catania of West Hartford. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Angeline Catania of Rocky Hill; his eight uncles, John, Ronald, Gary, Matthew, Mark and Robert Catania, Andrew LaCart and Mark Knowles; an aunt, Delores Mocarsky of Rocky Hill; his three nieces, Gianna, Miranda Catania and Sydney LoPresti and one nephew, Andrew Catania Jr. Glenn is additionally survived by his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gil and Linda Fazio and his brother-in-law, Gil Fazio Jr. Glenn was the founder and senior partner of Fidelity One Financial in Hartford. He was an avid sports lover with a passion for Red Sox and Patriots games. Glenn's love for his family was evident through his infinite support. His pride and joy were his two beautiful daughters. His family will miss his love, wisdom, devotion and constant sense of humor. Calling hours are TODAY, 4-8 p.m. at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 10 a.m. at the Church of St. Timothy, 1116 North Main St., West Hartford, everyone is asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Glenn's memory may be made to the 100 Club of CT, P.O. Box 419, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
