To the Ervin Family,

I worked for Bill at O'Neal & Prelle in the early 1990s. He was a smart, fair articulate man, and I always appreciated his down-to-earth approach. He also knew the ad business very well. When you looked him in the eye, you knew that he would tell you the truth. I always liked that about him, and he was my favorite partner there.

I am so sorry for your loss. It's a loss for all of us who knew him here in Hartford.

Sincerely,

Joanne Morrison (maiden name when I worked at O&P, "Sciarretta"
