Doria A. Wilkos, 70, of Windsor, beloved wife of the late Theodore Wilkos, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 08, 2017 at Hartford Hospital. Born in St. Agatha, ME to the late Gerald and Nellie (Roy) Chamberlain, she has been a Windsor resident for over 50 years and was a communicant of St. Gabriel Church in Windsor. Doria was a wonderful friend who focused on her family, especially her grandchildren who will miss their dear "Nana". Her family will miss her summer trips to Maine to be with her family and her winter trips to Florida with her friends. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Wilkos and his wife Lynn of Windsor; her daughter, Karen Cherenzia and her husband James of Ashaway, RI; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Emma and Katie; her brothers, Richard and Robert Chamberlain; and her sisters, Jean Chamberlain and Linda Caron. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother Ronald Chamberlain. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 12 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave Windsor. A memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, December 13 at St. Gabriel Church, 379 Broad St. Windsor. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
