VIRGINIA M. FOUTS, widow of Dr. H.A. Fouts, died Nov. 26. She was retired from Ginny's Dress Shop. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church; interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
