GEORGE FILLINGER Obituary
GEORGE SCOTT FILLINGER, 52, of Huntington, died Thursday, September 8, 2016, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Scott was born March 8, 1964, in Albuquerque, N.M., a son of Mary Ann Smith Christian of Huntington and the late George Arthur Fillinger. Additional survivors include three sisters, Karrie Lykins and husband Richard, Larisa Clark and husband Dustin and Gina Christian, all of Huntington; two brothers, John Fillinger of Huntington and Greg Christian of Milton; and his maternal grandmother, Mary Sue Lloyd of Huntington. I am so sorry to hear about your loss so many years after your death we graduated from high school together in 1982. I always thought you were the most handsome guy ever seen. I am so very sorry to learn to the passing of your dear son and brother. You all are in my prayers. My mother loved Scott so much, he was in her Sunday School class. I wish I could be there with you, but I live down here in South Carolina now, and can't drive that far by myself. I love you Mary Ann.
