It was my pleasure to both know and work with Hazel in the Narcotics Division of the Hialeah Police Department. She quickly became a good friend and a close confidant to me. She always had a smile on her face and she made each day at work a little brighter. I know from our talks she was extremely proud of her daughters and loved to talk about them. Her husband, "Herm" as she would call him was the rock in her life. A sweeter person I have never met and the world is a little dimmer with her passing. God Bless and rest in peace.
