BURNSWORTH Mrs. Anneliese Theresia Burnsworth age 83 of Butterfly Lane Blairsville formerly of Confluence, PA and Key Largo, FL. passed away peacefully on Saturday December 23, 2017 in the Union General Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Burnsworth was born on January 15, 1934 in Long Island, NY., the daughter of the late Hermann Weber and the late Emma Feinauer Weber. Anneliese loved painting, music, dancing, traveling and photography. She had volunteered at Union General Hospital with the Union General Auxiliary (Pink Ladies) since moving to Blairsville in 2012. She was a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Jacob Burnsworth in 2011 and two sons, Alan Chan and Roger Chan Burnsworth. Mrs. Burnsworth was of the Christian faith. Surviving Mrs. Burnsworth are one son and daughter in law, Clyde and Barbara Burnsworth of Blairsville, one daughter and son in law, Andrea and Michael Judge of West End, NC., daughter in law, Kimberly Burnsworth of Farmington, PA., one brother and his long time companion, Rudy Weber and Sharon Hoffman of Key Largo, FL., six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends also survive. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania and interment will follow in the Maple Summit Cemetery where she will rest next to her beloved husband Clyde. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the in memory of Mrs. Burnsworth. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
