Palm Beach Gardens , Florida - Born in Newark, New Jersey to Tulio and Virginia Montesano. He graduated from Pace High School in Miami, FL in 1971. Survived by his daughter, Michelle, son-in-law Eddie and granddaughter, Jordan Mullinex of Palm Springs North, FL as well as his sister, Vivian and brother-in-law, Robert Stratman. He leaves behind his adoring wife of 15 years, Barbara Wise Montesano, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. They enjoyed traveling the world together. His step-children, William Martin and Pamela (Chris) Miller and grandkids, Bradley and Lily. He worked for TECO Gas for over 40 years. He was patron of the arts and a fan of all Miami sports teams esp The U. An original season ticket holder of The Miami Heat and attended the very first Marlins game. Known for his tremendous sense of humor and very kind heart. Services will be Saturday, March 6th at Vista Memorial Gardens in Miami Lakes, FL from 1 to 4 pm. There will be a Zoom link set up for those that are out of town.

To describe Tulio, his friendship, his support and his mentoring, is easy... a wonderful, one in a million person! His always ready smile, support just when you need it, and his laugh out loud self. While We have not worked together in many years we kept in touch..I am grateful to call him friend!

Ever since grade school Tulio was exceptional. You just knew it. Always so kind and loving - even beyond what others might show. So glad he reconnected with me a few years ago on FB after many decades since we all went our separate ways. I always enjoyed having conversations with him. He was still that same warm and considerate person. I will never forget him and will always miss him. My sincerest condolences to his wife, daughter, family and friends. I hope in the coming weeks, months and years, you will find comfort in the wonderful memories of love and laughter that he bestowed upon you.

Not only was Tulio a close coworker of mine but a friend who always called to see how my family and I were doing. During the 40+ years of knowing him, he was always there when I needed him. He often would referred to me as "my brother from a different mother". May you rest in peace "my brother from a different mother".

So sad that you've left us. Tulio as I think back at the times and years we worked together, what I always remember is your funny spirit, your big smile that rarely left, and those very expressive facial expressions. Always made moments at work enjoyable for sure !!! And such a caring person!!

I’ve known Tulio for 47 years..we both worked for PGS..Luke’s..Teco n Tulio Florida Gas..we’ve known each other but always seemed to work in different divisions..we’d cross paths n talk..have lunch etc..won’t say we were hang out buddies but friends..lately we shared a lot on FB..I’m gonna miss him..R.I.P. bro

Tulio had an amazing soul! My dad worked with him for years at TECO and they remained friends. I met Tulio when I was in high school, I always thought he was an amazing person! He was always checking up on me, always willing to help and could always make you laugh. Loosing him is such a tragedy, prayers to his family. RIP Tulio, you will forever be in my heart!
