Casey W. Holler, 30, a lifelong resident of Klamath Falls, died Saturday morning, Aug. 18, 2012 at Sky Lakes Medical Center.
Viewing and visitation will be Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at Eternal Hills Funeral Home from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at Henley High School gymnasium, in Klamath Falls.
Graveside services and interment will be later that afternoon at Eternal Hills Cemetery with military honors under the auspices of the United States Air Force.
Casey William Holler was born Dec. 27, 1981, in Tucson, Ariz., to Delton C. Holler Jr. and Lisa D. DeFrain. He was raised and educated in Klamath Falls, having graduated from Henley High School in June of 2000. He was active in football and track. He and his sister were very close as they grew up together, and continued that loving relationship well into adulthood. Casey attended college for a year before he joined the U.S. Air Force in 2002. He served as a radar maintenance technician and shop supervisor.
Casey was united in marriage to Kimberly Ann Scott on Dec. 9, 2010, in Klamath Falls. Together they shared the birth of their son, Jacob, on July 28, 2011. It was the happiest day of his life.
Among his personal interests, he enjoyed barbecues with the family, riding motorcycles and anything that involved the outdoors. Casey loved spending time playing with Jacob, and teaching him all that he could. He liked playing golf and playing video games with his friends.
Casey will be remembered for being a motivated, responsible man who could brighten anyone's day and instantly bring laughter to a room. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend, and a patriot who completed three tours overseas doing what he loved for a country that he held very close to his heart.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather and fishing partner, Don DeFrain.
Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Holler, son, Jacob Holler, his parents: father and stepmother Delton and Maria Luisa Holler Jr., and mother and stepfather Lisa and Dennis Andrews, sister Kerri Holler, father-in-law John Scott, mother-in-law Kathleen Scott, Kristine and Robert Scott, paternal grandparents Delton and Laura Holler Sr. maternal grandmother Donna DeFrain, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the savings account at Chase Bank for Jacob Holler.
Services are entrusted to Eternal Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery (541-884-3668.)
