Jayneen Edwards

Jayneen Edwards
Jayneen (Morris) Edwards, 62, died unexpectedly in her home Aug. 7, 2013, due to complications from COPD.
She was born in Pierre, S.D., April 24, 1951.
Her most notable jobs were delivering the Herald and News and being a school bus driver in California, a job coach at REACH Inc., and a medical aide in Idaho.
She was active volunteering with Special Olympics and most recently with the Moose Lodge.
Survivors include her mother, Lavina "Babe" Fillion; sons, Dean Edwards of Montana, Jayson Edwards of Klamath Falls, her cocker spaniel, Ginger, grandsons, Justin and Dillon Edwards, brothers, Monty (Shelly) of Nevada and Herschel (Catherine) of Kentucky, sister, Leota (Rob) Reif of Beaverton, special nephews and niece Bryon Eayrs, Jared Reif and Heather (Eayrs-Reif) Thiele, special friend Charlie Smith, and many others she touched throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, JH Morris.
Jayneen enjoyed spending time with her son Jayson and being his loudest cheerleader at his Special Olympics athletic events. She had a larger-than-life personality and loved to make people laugh. She loved to cook the old-fashioed way and her homemade rolls and French toast drenched in butter will be sorely missed. Her "obsession" with purple almost outweighed her desire to help family and friends.
By her wish, there will be no services. Cremation was by Eternal Hills Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a monetary gift to the family to help defray the cost of the cremation.
