Harley Cole Sr. Obituary
Harley Cole Sr., 71, went to the happy hunting grounds on May 12, 2018, with family by his side. He was dad and grandpa to many.
He was born on March 12, 1947, to Edward and Florence Cole.
He loved camping, hunting, fishing and especially gathering mushrooms and huckleberries. He enjoyed telling jokes and spending time with family and friends. His favorite pastimes included going to Kla-Mo-Ya and other tribal casinos, playing bingo, and going to Reno, Nev.
Harley was very talented at beading and sewing and many other nifty projects. He was employed by Weyerhaeuser for 21 years.
Survivors include Madelon, the love of his life for 53 years; children Harley Cole Jr. and Brenna Lang, Jeremy Cole and Veronica Lance; brother Robert and Cheryl Cole; sister Flava Norwest; grandchildren Sheranda, Shana, Teylan Cole, Terrin, Warrin, Kirk and Blaze Cole, Mariah Lance and Brian Shirts, Jacob Lance and Taleah Slaughter; three great-grandchildren; his special nephews who were like his sons; and his special family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his special little dog Teddy, his daughter Candida Cole, his parents, and many special relatives.
Services will be held at noon Friday, May 18, in Chiloquin Christian Center with a potluck to follow.
