Hilda Plowman Obituary

On May 30, 2024, Hilda Frances (Fran) Plowman, loving mother, sister and friend, passed away at home after a long illness with family by her side. She was born Sept. 17, 1947, in Klamath Falls, Oregon, to Vance and Hilda Matney. She graduated from Klamath Union High School in 1965. Fran worked at Mac's Store for about 40 years. She loved her animals and reading books. She is survived by her sons Jason and Brian Plowman; also daughter-in-law Kelli Plowman, sisters Joan Knoder and Mary Weaver, and numerous nieces and nephews. Due to time restrictions, ceremonies will be held in mid September.

Fran was our beloved neighbor on Peck Dr. in 1975 - 78. We watched as her boys grew and moved to their home on the Matney ranch.
She was a lovely lady and friend to boot. Sincere condolences to Jason, Brian and all the family.

From the 1st moment you met her its like you've known her Forever! What a kind gentle spirit. Her love of of family and her pets who are also her family caused he face to glow when she spoke of them.I am so sorry I didn't get to know her longer...But I will have a lifetime in heaven to enjoy her friendship. When we were talking she told me
" Everything is alright between her and God."
She was ready to see her Lord. She fought long and hard to to stay here with loved ones but there comes a time you just have to let go and rest. She will watch over her family while in heaven until they are reunited again.
You will be missed until we meet again.

Frances was such a kind and caring person. I was blessed to be her son´s friend and spend time with her. She always made me laugh at the expense of her kids.
I know there´s new angel in Heaven looking down on her kids and her cats.
