Lucinda Durbin
Lucinda "Cindy" Louise Durbin (Bell) of Canby, Ind., died on Sept. 25, 2013, following an illness.
Cindy was born March 19, 1961, on the island of Guam to Donald and Audrey (Haley) Bell. She was the eighth of 10 children.
She spent most of her childhood years in Klamath Falls and in Merrill, moving away from the area in 1980. She returned in the early 1990s to Klamath Falls, where she and her husband, Charles Durbin, lived for several years.
After Charles' death, she moved to Indiana, where she lived for 15 years and made a home with Ray McNutt and his sons, William and Matthew.
Cindy enjoyed music, traveling, and visiting with family.
She was known for her loving heart and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brother, Don F. Bell; and husband, Charles Durbin. Two days after her death, her sister, Colleen Morrow, of Klamath Falls, died.
Survivors include Ray, William, and Matthew McNutt of Canby, Ind.; her father's wife, Elizabeth Bell, and siblings, Cathy Bortz (Darroll), both of Klamath Falls, and Galilee Bell-Zimbalist (Henry) of Grants Pass, Sharon Pederson (Dean) of Lake Stevens, Wash., David Bell (Krys) of Vancouver, Wash., Tamara Roby (James) of Salem, and Daniel Bell and Teresa Bell, both of Klamath Falls.
A memorial service for Cindy and for her sister, Colly, will be held in God's Lighthouse Missionary Outpouring Ministry, 4226 Greensprings Drive, on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, at 2 p.m.
