Norman Bailey
Norman Lawrence Bailey, 54, passed away in Klamath Falls, Ore., July 21, 2013.
Norman was born Nov. 10, 1958, in Klamath Falls to Durward L. and Betty M. (Cantrall) Bailey. He grew up in Klamath Falls and attended Klamath Union High School. After graduation, he worked in a local bakery while taking classes at Oregon Institute of Technology. Norman then worked at what was then called Forest Products Credit Union as a data specialist. Though his connections in the banking industry, he was offered a position at a banking institution in Los Angeles, Calif. From there, he moved to Florida, where he would spend the majority of his adult life.
Survivors include his father Durward (Dode), brothers Darwin (Vicki), Faron (Tresa), Larry (Anna) and Marion, all of Klamath Falls, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind many friends from Florida, who were his family away from home.
He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Marie Bailey.
There will be a graveside service for Norman at 3 p.m. Aug. 4 at the Malin Cemetery. Arrangements by Davenport's Chapel of the Good Shepherd, directors, now at 2680 Memorial Drive, Klamath Falls, Ore., 541-883-3458.
