Donna Mae White, 69, died in Klamath Falls, Dec. 8, 2013, after battling brain cancer for several years.
A service of tribute and love will be in Klamath Tribute Center at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, with a reception to follow. Cremation and inurnment will be at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens.
Donna was born in Klamath Falls to William Lillian Pearson Yunck. When she was 2, the family moved to Klamath Falls, where she attended Shasta Elementary School, Altamont Junior High School and Klamath Union High School.
She married Walt Pryor and they had three daughters Terri, Sherri, and Kristi. Later, that marriage ended.
Donna worked for Albertson's for more than 33 years, being the first woman in Oregon to be a journeyman union baker. She spent several years as bakery manager before moving to the scan coordinator before retiring in 2000.
She married Ed White Jan. 11, 2002, in Laughlin, Nev. They enjoyed going south to Yuma, Ariz., for the winters. They had many friends in Yuma they enjoyed sand railing and going to get-togethers with.
Donna enjoyed traveling, fishing, painting, yard work, reading, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, hand-held Yahtzee, Scrabble, golfing and playing slot machines. She liked her annual trips to Likely, where her siblings would get together to golf.
She is survived by her husband, Ed; daughters and sons-in-law, Terri and Greg Plumlee of Reno, Nev.; Sherri Pryor of Klamath Falls, and Kristi and Chris Miles of Merrill, Ore.; grandchildren, Nicole Roufs, Amber Roufs, Josh Plumlee, Kate Plumlee, Tristan Murdock, and Kodee Miles; brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Kathy Yunck of Lacey, Wash.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Janice and Gene Kern of Elko, Nev., Linda and Rick Graham of Klamath Falls, and Judy and Dale Jarvis of Shasta City, Calif.
