Just moments ago I learned that John had gone to get his angel wings. I am heartbroken by the news. He was a kind, caring and loving gentleman...a true gentleman. We had been friends forever and in my heart, he will remain forever. Peace with you big guy...Love you.

I have know John for many years, and have been out of touch for many also. I just was informed of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with John and his family. I enjoyed many nights out with a group of us and John having dinner on the week ends. He had a great heart and was a very giving person.

John touched so many lives & made a difference.
He always managed to stay in touch with his friends & family no matter how busy he got. His positive attitude could always snap you out of anything you were going through.
He was the true meaning of a FOREVER friend. If you ever needed him, he was always there because his caring for those in his life went the depths of friendship. All of us that knew him were blessed by knowing him & his smile for life.
Thank you John for showing me the true meaning of what a true friend is because those like you are a rare gem!
Rest in peace my friend & thank you for all the wonderful memories.

John had a big heart, no matter how little he had, he would always find a little extra for the food bank. He always provided toys for Christmas donations at Terrace View. He had a smile to share with everyone. We will miss him dearly. Love and prayers to his family. Karin, Katelyn & Christopher Rice :)

My heart is broken. Big John was a dear friend who always had a smile for me. I will miss him dearly. He was a generous, kind person. My thoughts are with his family...in particular, his mother, whom he loved so much.
