May 30, 1949-December 10, 2018 Alan passed away the morning of December 10, 2018 due to complications from Parkinson's. Alan was born to Harold and Eva Kallicott on May 30, 1949 in Everett, WA. He graduated from Lake Stevens High School, class of 1967. After high school, Alan was in the Navy Reserve, stationed in Miramar, CA. He worked at Scott Paper/Kimberly Clark as a Pipefitter for 41 years. He loved to hunt pheasant, steelhead fish and cut firewood. He enjoyed going to the Eagles for breakfast and Vi& Glynn's for tacos on Thursday's. Alan is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother, Arthur Kallicott. Alan is survived by his wife, Jing; sons, Dennis (Josie), Gary (Mara), daughter, Julie Hathaway; grandchildren, Harlie, Lauren, Lindsey, Blake, Carson and Kendyl; sister, Edythe Pavish, sister-in-law, Gail Kallicott; numerous nieces and nephews and the mother of his three children, Pam Kallicott. Memorial services to be held Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Schaefer Shipman, Marysville, WA. A celebration of life to follow at Vi& Glynn's.
