Frank Newman
Jan 5, 1924- Feb.18, 2011

The Newman family lost their patriarch, Frank Newman, February 18 when he passed peacefully in his sleep. Frank spent most of his life in the Lake Stevens, WA area where he loved and was loved by countless family members, friends and animals.
Family, fishing and hunting were a big part of his life and sharing these things with his family and friends was very important to him.
Frank lived a full loving life and will greatly be missed by all who knew him. His wish was that everyone treat each other with kindness and respect, and never pass up the chance to help anyone in need.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, of 63 years; and by his eleven brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his two sons, Robin Newman and Ron Newman, both of Lake Stevens; and his daughter, Penny Cordray (Mike), of Marysville, WA. He leaves behind his last remaining sibling, sister, Barbara Burgy, of Marysville; as well as eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at Bethany at the Pacific Campus, as well as the numerous Doctors and Nurses that were with him in his last days.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 26 at Evergreen Cemetery with a reception following at the Lake Stevens Fire Conference Center, 10518 18th Street SE, Lake Stevens.
