Mrs. Geraldine H. Sanders of 916 Rivercrest Rd., died Monday, July 30, 2018 at her residence. The funeral will be Saturday, 12 PM at Foundation A.M.E. Zion Church. Interment will be at church cemetery. A native of York County, Mrs. Sanders was daughter the late Mr. George T. Hicklin, Sr. and Mrs. Susie M. Hicklin. The devoted and loving wife of the late James "LB" Sanders and the matriarch to six children. She leaves to cherish her memory six children; Mr. Willard Talford, Rock Hill, SC, Mr. John T. Talford, Rock Hill, SC (Deceased), Mrs. Cheryl T. Grant (Charles), Charlotte, NC, Mrs. Marilyn C. Neely (James), Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Mark A. Talford, Sr. (Jean), Norway, SC and Mrs. Janice T. Barber (Arthur), Rock Hill, SC; Eight siblings; Mrs. Ruth Barber, Rock Hill, SC, Mr. George Hicklin, Jr., San Diego, CA, Mr. Christopher Hicklin (Ingrid), Alexandria, VA, Mr. Jakie Hicklin, Rock Hill, SC, Mrs. Rosa B. Blake, Rock Hill, SC, Mrs. Mary H. McNeely, Charlotte, NC, Ms. Margie Hicklin, Rock Hill, SC and Mrs. Thelma Cotton, Georgetown, SC. Ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a god daughter, Mrs. Pamela Arciniega, Rock Hill, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Viewing will be Friday from 6-8 PM at Robinson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Foundation A.M.E. Zion Church Building Fund.
